    Garrett County Civil Court Records

    Garrett County Family Court Records

    For marriages celebrated on or after January 1, 2007, certified copies may also be obtained from the Maryland Department of Health's Division of Vital Records, though this option is limited to the spouses or their authorized representatives.

    Divorce records — including decrees and case pleadings — are held by the Circuit Court Clerk's office. Certified copies can be requested in person or by mail.
